MINISTRIES/SUPPORT
Steve Gray Ministries - this is my pastor and who Alan and I consider our spiritual father! He’s got several books out, but the must-reads that I would recommend if you want to take REVIVAL to the nations are these: When the Kingdom Comes and My Absurd Religion.

The Steve & Kathy Show - here’s a FUNNY TV show that will keep your religion in check! Hilarious humor that exposes the absurdities of religion and leads people to the REAL presence of the living God - which is what we’re all about for the nations, anyway, right?! And hey - if you’re just still trying to win your neighbor to God, this is the place to send them. As Steve Gray has commented, “Most people want God - they just don’t want your religion.”
RESOURCE BOOKS
Operation World - prayer for the nations! This resource is something everyone should have on their shelf (okay - I keep mine on my kitchen table for easy reference and prayer). This covers the nations of the world, giving you statistics for informed prayer, as well as specific prayer points and praise reports. This is one of the “textbooks” that I have required for my classes at World Revival School of MInistry.
Perspectives on the World Christian Movement - this is THE textbook for cross cultural ministry. Covers everything from the history of missions, to prayer, to cultures, to church-planting strategy. You can take this as an accredited course through this ministry, or you can come to World Revival School of Ministry and attend the Cross-Cultural Ministry class that I teach using this textbook. NOTE: if you visit the Perspectives website, you will notice that the WRSM class is not listed there; that is simply because we set up our class differently than their registered classes. I think you’ll get more from ours, but then, I’m the instructor and my opinion may be slightly biased…
CREDENTIALING AND MINISTRY SUPPORT/NETWORKING
World Revival Network of Ministries - if you’re needing your credentials, WRN has a program that can meet your need if you have the qualifications… or they’ll help you get there! This is a great networking ministry that offers valuable resources and support. Don’t go on the mission field without this ministry backing you up!
WEBSITE HELP FOR YOUR MINISTRY
Web Missions - I just came across this site, and they’re offering a great service to missionaries:
“WebMissions is a ministry staffed by Christian volunteers devoted to serving Evangelical Christian Missionaries… We are pleased to use the latest technology to support Christian missionaries in the field; helping them to share their needs, prayer concerns, and efforts with their friends, families, and supporters through effective use of the Internet.”
Basically what they do is offer a free webbuilding service for missionaries. Worth checking out if you need this kind of help!
